ESG Foundations and Pillars

Our business models are designed and executed with a strong affinity towards innovation and Environmental, Social, and Governance considerations (ESG). We evaluate ESG factors at all stages throughout our investment horizon, starting at the investment process with actionable business plans for identified ESG risks up to the disposition of assets. We further identify ESG opportunities such as third-party green building certifications and standards including DGNB, LEED, and BREEAM.
