In the summer of 2021, the Uniresta Group extended its platform and founded the Uniresta Capital Investors GmbH (UCI). UCI is the strategic co-investment platform for external capital partners to jointly invest with Uniresta GmbH in direct real estate.

We understand how investment managers assess investments and enable access to an existing business model to private real estate investors. As a co-investor in all of our investments we not only align interests with our partners but also share risks – risks that we must consider to be active and productive. UCI has a unique insight into commercial real estate investments through its integrated business lines and activities. We develop mutually agreed business plans to create high relative value and align our and our partners’ interest. All UCI Partners enjoy one point of contact.
