Victor Dan Mellul is Co-founder and Managing Partner of the Uniresta GmbH and the founder and Managing Partner of Uniresta Capital Investors GmbH (UCI). He is responsible for overseeing all acquisitions activity and developing investment strategies for the Uniresta Group. Mr. Mellul is also responsible for the key capital partners relationships at UCI. He brings more than ten years of diverse experience in real estate investing in Germany, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands, with more than €1bn of successfully transacted real estate.
Prior to founding UCI, Mr. Mellul worked with BlackRock as part of the Real Estate Investment Team, as well as Kintyre Investment and caleus capital investors.
Mr. Mellul holds a M.Sc. from Imperial College Business School, as well as a M.Phil. in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge.
